Film three attempts
The pattern shows up across attempts, not in one.
Climbers who plateau almost always train the thing that's easier to measure.
Strength is satisfying to track, so people hangboard and wonder why nothing changes on the wall. Meanwhile their feet are loud, their hips are away from the wall, and they're gripping every hold as if it might escape.
Video makes that visible immediately. The plan then puts movement drills into normal climbing sessions and adds strength work at a pace that doesn't injure tendons, which adapt far more slowly than muscle.
The boundary is firm: we coach movement and training. Safety systems belong to in-person instruction, always.

Finger strength adds months after the muscles are ready.
Belaying and anchors are learned in person. No exceptions.
Three attempts, twenty minutes, and the thing you keep doing. Free.
